Two collagraphs
The piece on the left is burned in the acrylic layer on top of the lino.the piece on the right has a small collagraph on top ,a paper stencil with some acrylic on.
In stead of making aquatint etching,which I never get the hang of, i use monotyped plates to get the smoothness I am after as a contrast to the line work.

I am trying out different ways of making collagraphy.This one is acrylic paint on plywood.The rabbit is in plastic,with some acrylic on top.
The colors put on by hand,and wiped off intaglio-style.
I also have tried sand, and other stuff.Most of them too coarse.
I found that I like a more subtle effect,so I ceep looking for the best material.
